The Emburse Pay Dashboard lets you issue B2B payments after an invoice is approved and exported from an AP automation system such as Emburse Enterprise Invoice or Certify.
Select B2B Payments in Emburse Enterprise or Pay in Certify to open the Emburse Pay Dashboard in a new browser tab.
Tabs
Home
The Home tab displays the Emburse Pay Dashboard. Select the Settings (gear) option to access product configuration details for your organization, including Payment Accounts .
Vendors
The Vendors tab lets you manage suppliers paid through Emburse Pay. For detailed instructions, see Manage Vendors .
People
The People tab lets you manage users who have access to Emburse Pay.
Overview
- Total Due Today: Total amount of invoices due today.
- Ready for Payment: Total amount of invoices approved and ready to pay.
- Submitted for Payment: Total amount of invoices currently processing.
Invoices and Payments
Ready to Pay
The Ready to Pay tab shows approved invoices that are eligible for payment. Use the search field or filters to narrow the list.
If an invoice does not appear here, confirm that:
- The invoice is approved and exported.
- The vendor has a payment method selected.
- The invoice is not on hold.
Returned Invoices
Invoices returned after payment display a red indicator on the Pay option. Hover over the indicator to view details of the prior payment attempt.
Payments may be returned if:
- The payment failed.
- The payment was canceled.
- The virtual card expired before the vendor processed it.

Export
Select Export to download a CSV file of invoices in the Ready to Pay tab. You can filter results by payment method and invoice date.
On Hold
Invoices placed on hold appear in the On Hold tab until they are released for payment.
Pending Payments
The Pending Payments tab shows invoices that are currently processing.
You can cancel virtual card payments that have not yet been authorized. Select More and then Cancel Payment.
Confirm the action to return the invoice to the Ready to Pay tab.
History
The History tab lists completed payments and their status.
- Offline: Payments completed outside of Emburse Pay.
- Failed: Payments that can be resubmitted.
Payment Details
Select More next to a payment to view details such as amount, initiator, completion date, and vendor contact information.
Export
Select Export to download a CSV file of payment history. Filters are available for payment status, method, and creation date.
