Navigate Emburse Pay

Emburse Pay is the dashboard where Accounts Payable users manage and issue business-to-business (B2B) payments after invoices are approved and exported from an AP automation system such as Emburse Enterprise Invoice or Certify AP. From Emburse Pay, you can review eligible invoices, submit payments, manage exceptions, track payment status, and access payment history for reconciliation and audit purposes.

You open Emburse Pay from your primary application by selecting B2B Payments in Emburse Enterprise or Pay in CertifyAP. The dashboard opens in a new browser tab and serves as the central workspace for all payment-related activity, including paying vendors, managing returned or on-hold invoices, exporting payment data, and reviewing completed, failed, or offline payments.
